Description This is the fourth of the many "LocoRoco Plushies" Jenna and I will be making over the next few months, and the first female one! We were again very surprised and pleased with how well she turned out, as it's always scary while making them since they never look right at all until they are completely stuffed.

Something I thought I would point out (in case anyone notices or cares) was that each one of our LocoRoco have different types of eyes! It's a tiny bit more obvious in this one since I used a type of purple jeweled button, but it's still a little hard to tell by just looking at the picture. The Red one had regular rounded "half ball" eyes, the blue had flat black eyes, and the yellow had much bigger versions of the red one's eyes. It's just something I thought would make them a little unique and different from color to color since I wanted their fabrics and how they're made to be exactly the same.

The character is taken from Sony's "LocoRoco" PlayStation Portable game series, all rights to them. The pattern for the body was taken and greatly enlarged from Eyes5's Metroid Plushie Tutorial (link below), and the pink hair/antenna is something I drew up, cut out, stuffed, and sewed. Stay tuned for more!!!

I had noticed that the eyes are all different and you're right it really helps to distinguish their characters!

Thanks so much again! I tried getting in this picture how awesome the purple eyes I used are, but in every picture they turned out too dark which is a shame since they are gorgeous close up... Oh well.

There are some really cute beanbags someone else did on DA if you type in "Locoroco plush" in the search engine, they are absolutely adorable, and probably wouldn't be too challenging to pull off!

Oooh I'll have a looksy - if I made some I'd probably do them with fleece so they'd be all soft too ^-^
