The cat in a picture next to a girl used to mean that the girl was naughty and untrustworthy. ESPECIALLY if she were naked. I do agree that this is a good piece, but meh.

Lovely painting.It's soft, gorgeous, full of personality and the detail put into every piece of skin, the leather in the couch and the cat give it an amazing realism - there are even details of veins. The perspective makes me think of a passionate observer portraying their loved one...
