Admittedly, this is sort of defensive for Celestia. I'd have to say that had she known that Luna was pregnant in the events prior to CrappyUnicorn's picture thar, she might have handled Nightmare Moon's takeover a little differently.
But she didn't now, did she?
I imagine that in the case that Luna did foal on the moon, she would have eventually muscled up to tell Celestia. And all "Trollestia" bullsh!t aside, she would be extremely horrified. Celestia, being the good sister that she is, would have offered to take her niece off the moon and give her a proper burial. Heck, maybe even a private one so it could be her and Luna's own little secret.
