Full view please! This is for my cat Ka-bang, who had just given birth to triplets this morning.
I woke up with her snuggled in my limbs, and I was wondering why the big ball of orange fur was panting like hell. Oh well, she's been pregnant for weeks, anyway. Perfect timing!
It's Mia and her kitty, Mao.
I've always wanted to draw a realistic cat, but they're so dang hard to draw for some reason. I guess the cuter they are, the harder they are to draw. 
And also, I've always wanted to try using tones! One nice perk of working for TokyoPop is they provided free copies of Manga Studio EX 3.0
I still barely know how to use it, tho... still haven't figured out how to fade/blur the edges of each tone for that smooth effect(among other things), so forgive the roughness. 
( I should really go get myself a tablet. 
) But it's sure fun to tinker with, and I guess I can still live with just a mouse for now. I especially had fun working on Mia's skirt. 
She seemed to have grown a bit... just goes to show how long I've missed her! =^_^=Hope y'all like it! =3 *rolls off to check on li'l orange balls of fur*

I think ou draw cats very well and Mia..ion kinda resembles a cat^_^ Man the manga software does come in handy. Where can i download??

I saw the original and it was very clean! Asteg sobra!!! Ok nmn yung pag tones mo eh! Kahit na rough, nagmukha syang style. I like the skirt, it's like the shiny cloth I know but I don't know what's it called. oh well!

Probably the cutest realistic rendition of a cat I've ever seen. I always thought that if its not a cartoonic cat with the big eyes and small nose and probably no mouth then it's not cute. Cause yeah I agree, those little bundle of joy is just too hard to draw.

Thanks, actually this is still just pencilwork, I just darkened it in Photoshop before importing it to Manga Studio. ^_^
Yeah, cats are probably the hardest to draw, but I'll post pics of the li'l ones soon. =3
