Radio silence has been broken...The long stay away has been relatively depressing. The exhaustion I feel from work and lack of sleep these days is getting to me and keeps me from producing consistently. I keep promising to change all of that but it looks like I'll slip even further behind.
Anywho, showing off two recent gets, a custom Adric and the Season 18 Fourth Doctor in his final costume, the burgundy outfit. Both were scored off of ebay, and both have entertaining stories behind them:
Adric I had to wait almost a month for, from the time I paid for the figure to the moment I recieved it. It has extremely limited articulation so this is one fragile figure. Good thing though I only need him to stand next to the Fourth Doctor for a few photos. But the Fourth Doctor...this one I can't understand why its so rare. I suppose because its an older figure and most of the older Classic figures are pretty sought after, but I had no idea there was such a demand for Tom in the burgundy scarf that he wore to conclude his tenure as the Doctor. Maybe it is because of that reason that it is rare to find it on ebay.
Excited for both as I can properly start gearing up for Season 18.

They made an Adric figure??? WOW! Who knew?? And he was one of my favorite companions, as well as Neesa and Teegan.

Unfortunately they haven't. I actually ended up buying this custom last year because I had this Season 18 Fourth Doctor but none of the companions that he traveled with in these final adventures (no Neesa, no Tegan, no Romana II, just K9). Thanks to the fact that there were likely a few adventures Adric and the Doctor had before he picked up Neesa and Tegan this worked out perfectly for my uses in pictures.Β

Not quite sure. The seller's name was 10beadyeyes, and she was selling her boyfriends Doctor Who customs. The boyfriend has made customs of Romana and the Doctor from Shada, Tegan, the Fourth Doctor with a bowler, a Rutan, and TARDIS consoles for the First and Fourth Doctors.

I'm gonna try to get as much as I can in. The exhausting part is that I do a lot of post-processing so that is one reason for the exhaustion; the energy needed to really concentrate isn't there sometimes but I need to fight through it.

Welcome back - and I know the feeling; this world most of us do not have enough money or time 
Seeing this is rather sad; sad in the fact that it reminds me of my youth - a time where imagination was allowed rather than mutated into money making monstrosities, when Who was just entertainment and earned a global reputation instead of a forced brand. Also Adric; alas the poor lad buys it in Earthshock.
