Everything looks great. I love the tiles, especially the indoor ones. There are a few suggestions I'd like to make, though.
Although I really like the 3D Pokemon Selection scene, I don't think it fits with the rest of the game. GameFreak may include 3D scenes for various things, but they always have that pixel-styled Pokemon look to them, and are never HD rendered 3D scenes.
I'd say the same thing for the Concrete path in Viridian City. The style it is drawn in doesn't match the rest of the tiles (in my opinion). Also in the classroom screenshot, the teacher's desk (the one with the flower pot) has its shadow off. I think that the tiles of the desk should either be moved down, or the shadow should be moved up (and made smaller).
Other than that I'm loving the work. It looks really high end. I think that your designs of Gary and Red are awesome.

Well looks pretty good overall. I see you've put in the 3D effect in the route, hopefully it looks good and doesn't come across weird of flat. I also see you're doing character art; are all main character's getting art? Oh and on that topic, Gary looks like a girl and overall his art needs some work but it's nice otherwise.
