Tea Leaf is an older filly who lives on the streets of Londam. Originally from a run-down orphanage, Tea Leaf set off early to find her own family; however, it turned out to be a harder task than she thought it would be. As she grew up on the streets, she became a master pickpocket: she's quiet and quick on her feet and knows the rooftops, back alleys, and sewers of Londam. Her "home" is in an abandoned brewery in an obscure part of the city; she lives there with a small gang of street urchins she takes care of and protects. She's often mistaken for a colt because of the square shape of her muzzle, but she doesn't mind - she doesn't even bother correcting ponies anymore. Tea Leaf is wry, sarcastic filly who tells it like it is; she's very distrusting of adults and is skeptical of pretty much anyone she doesn't know. She protects her gang with her life and loves to mess around with them. Tea Leaf also likes to steal, sing, get dirty, and run. Despite enjoying her life as it is, she still longs for a family and parents who love her. She hasn't gotten her cutie mark yet and is very self-conscious about it: whenever ponies bring it up she gets embarrassed and fiercely defensive. She believes her special talent to be thievery and can't figure out why she's still a blank flank.
