No, I mean, this technically isn't even allowed by the Deviantart terms and conditions. Not only that, the picture was taken without permission, and the joke isn't really all that funny. If this is front page material, I could take a shit on a piece of bread, call it lunch, take a picture of myself eating it, and post it and get a Daily Deviation.

DA terms and conditions: It's just a picture of a poorly worded sign. The sexual meaning is only vaguely implied, which is well within the rules.
Pic taken without permission: You don't need permission to photograph a public street since there's no reasonable expectation of privacy. If this weren't the case, street photography wouldn't exist.
Not funny: Well, enough people disagree with you to get it on the front page, so that makes you the odd man out. Majority rules. If you want features determined by micro-managed selection rather than straight popularity, go to the daily deviation page instead of the popular page.
Well, if you think you can put a caption under you eating your shit sandwich that makes it funny enough to make the front page, go for it. But don't expect too many congratulatory kisses afterwards.

You mean to say the person who made this took the picture? That changes a lot. However, when I said it isn't allowed by terms and conditions, I was not referring to the sexual implications of the sign itself, or of the caption. Last I checked, demotivationals are normally removed, but then again, the mods here are retards. I just don't consider a slightly sexual joke funny, and really don't think it deserves any popularity. You are right on most accounts, but I just don't think this deserves tp be on the front page.
