Effect:
Equip only to a Level 3 or lower monster. Once per turn, if a card(s) is banished: You can draw 1 card, then banish 1 card from your hand, face-down. While your opponent controls more monsters than you do, and you have 10 or more banished cards, the equipped monster gains this effect.
● Once per turn, when another monster's effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can shuffle 3 of your banished cards into the Deck; negate that activated effect.
