Effect:
Return 1 of your banished Fiend-Type Tuner and any number of non-Tuner Fiend-Type monsters to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 DARK Dragon-Type or Fiend-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the Levels of those shuffled monsters. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon), but it cannot attack this turn. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Synchro Monster you control; until the End Phase, all other face-up monsters on the field loses ATK equal to that target's original ATK, also their effects are negated. You can only use 1 "Ruthless Inferno" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
