Her new costume looks like something a cosplayer would make... especially the glasses. It even opens up to become a bikers jackets for her brand new motorcycle (and yet she can fly... or glide based on the writer, but it's canon she can glide for hours... which is essentially flying)

Her prior costume, and the one returning, is the one that got her character as popular as she is. It was designed by a woman, who tried to make her look like a female wrestler. The complaints stem from how form-fitting it became with certain artists. The problem is those same artists made her new costume just as form-fitting as nearly any costume can be made to make the hero essentially nude.

Her OG costume has its issues, the commonly pointed out arrow pointing towards her genitals is the most common complaint, but her mask is vastly superior to those lame glasses. The mask is far more intimidating and one of her powers is inducing fear via pharamones, the glasses aren't scary. They're not really sexy either, her other pharamone power, but her mask and hair does make her eyes unreadable but allows people to misread her lips. 

I personally think the best middle ground would be bringing back the mask but slightly modify the bikers jacket into an actual spy uniform with pockets to hide gear in. That way, it removes some ability to make her essentially nude via artists just doing what they want and the arrow becomes a Spider image. Then most of the bright red goes away so she can hide better but still keeps some of her trademark colors. The reverseable part of her jacket can stay though, she's prior been a Master of Disguise able to put on masks of anyone and pretend to be them. So her being able to flip her jacket and blend into a crowd seems something she'd do.

Part of me is sad to see her back in the old costume.
