Description Just got home from instructing at a day long airbrush makeup intro class at ^wynnesome

We had a great class, and she's already posted a journal describing our wonderful attendees, who ranged form complete makeup students to seasoned professionals with over 20 years working in the industry.

Grex airbrush sponsored, and everyone who did not already own an airbrush got to test drive some top of the line equipment.

Obsessive Compulsive cosmetics also sponsored with product.

Our wonderful Jessica was once again the model, fresh off her appearance at IMATS.

After a first look of highlight, contour and foundation for a beauty image, we pulled out the lace for a body paint demonstration.

Everything except the mascara and lips are airbrush.

One of the attendees teaches hair braiding, so she was kind enough to add a bit of polish to our little lecture.

This image is not really cleaned up - I'll have to get rid of stray hairs and such - but I just couldn't wait to post something!

^wynnesome was our class photographer, documenting all the stages from contouring to eye shadow - so that we could all see how the physical translated to the digital.

this is very beautiful and at first i was kinda curious why the colors were so light but then i figured it was because you wanted the contrast to be a bit similar to the shirt. i really love this!

The gold metallic used as a base under the lace can be very difficult to photograph.
One, it is close in skin tone to the model's color.
Two, metallics require careful lighting or they just make giant hot spots.

I really liked how ^wynnesome was able to strike a balance between the 2 issues and create a wonderful mood.

Of course, Jessica's a fine actress, too.
