This book was published few years ago. As for agnathans there was Cephalaspis also, as a part of illustration of ancient fishes.

Not at all.
Actually, placoderms are not my favorite group of organizms for picturing. But one time I supposed to make a full-size life model of this guy. I mean, Coocosteus.
