Description
Early hipposiderid, Pseudorhinolophus, from middle-late Eocene of Britain and Europe. Modern Rhinolophids and Hipposiderids are able to use Doppler effect to detect their prey in cluttered space; I think their Eocene relatives did the same.
Interpretation of Pseudorhinolophus is based on mixed featureds of some Hipposideros and Asellia.
