Description this is probably the biggest one i've made so far using this particular style. it measures 15" by 25." Had the hardest time composing this one.

mostly found objects, old toys, some rubber... basically junk i found at home.

Gorgous! What did you use to create this? I notice diffrent items but I can't figure out what you used to create the textured feathers for the bird. Wonderful though..beautiful.

thanks! I used crape(?) sole for the feathers. It's a type of rubber used for rubbercut(print making).

i like the curly things here and there. i remember that being taught to us in elemetary and i enjoyed it. you must be having fun doin that kind of stuff. the colors are just great like you can see where the blues and green meet. you have one of the wierdest but most brilliant choice of colors.

This is great. Okay, this says you want heavy critique... the truth is that I think this is perfect. I love how you composed it, I love the minimalistic color, the joyful subject matter. I think the whole thing is wonderful. I think it would be awesome if you did one of these where the composition wasn't so evenly distributed... where you have more of something on one side, and of course things elsewhere to balance the composition but unevenly distributed. Just an idea.

Thanks for the nice words. You're right. I have been playing safe with my balance. I'll try doing something a little more subtle next time. I think i placed to many elements for this one. thanks again.
