That little Vicky is only 5 years old while Timmy's 10, it's all from "Switch Glitch".
As for that copyright, well, it's for an assignment, and this one is no parody as I used Butch's existing characters. So the lecturer rejected it and I can't defend it, it's against the law too. So I just draw another character anyways, and that time is purely original.
