Quick-Play Spell Card

Lore: During the Main Phase: Special Summon 1 "Assailant" monster from your Deck, but change it to face-down Defense Position during the End Phase. While that Summoned monster is in the Monster Zone, the player who Summoned it cannot Summon monsters, except Fiend monsters. You can banish this card from your GY: immediately after this effect resolves, Flip Summon 1 Fiend monster. You can only use each effect of "Assailant's Third Creed - Etiolation" once per turn.

This card's name comes from the third phase of Army military training , the white phase that takes up the fourth and fifth weeks. In a similar note, etiolation refers to the blanching or whitening of a being's through weakness or illness; basically the draining of color or vigor.
