Panchito is a WWII era Boeing B-25 Mitchell bomber. The bomber gained fame for its participation in the Doolittle Raid on April 18, 1942.

The Doolittle Raid was a surprise attack on Tokyo, Japan, led by Lieutenant Colonel James Doolittle. Panchito, piloted by Captain Don Seiler, was one of the 16 B-25 bombers that took part in the raid. The bomber was named after Francisco "Pancho" Villa, a Mexican revolutionary general.

After the war, Panchito was sold as surplus and passed through several owners before being acquired by the Delaware Aviation Museum Foundation. The foundation restored the bomber to its wartime configuration and it is now flown at airshows and other events as a living piece of history.
