This is a very good pose what I actually don't know how to draw and you've improven a lot, but I liked the older art style more because there was more shading and everything seemed on the same level, by level I mean in this picture, the eyes have been detailed but the rest of the body hasn't. I think you should make sure you detail the rest of the body as much as you detailed the eyes. And I think shading would make this picture a lot better.
