Yes!! I use meditation for my anxiety uwu
I prop my legs up on a wall which help blood circulation & heart doesn't have to pump as hard, super relaxing~

The thing with anxiety, like you said it's a fight or flight instinct that kept us from being eaten by a sabor-tooth tiger or any other predator. However, now that we don't have to typically worry about that our sense of fight-or-fight has tried to find other 'dangers' to worry about. Which, may not actually be dangerous at all. So, we end up hypervigilant against little things that have no real threat to our survival.

Sounds familiar. I let them come to me, without resistance, i feel my fear, i feel my anger i do ot supress them no matter how strong or scary.
I treat them like children i am bound to pay attention to and i sooth them and thus myself.
And i feel my pain. Genuine suffering. Thats how i do it. ^^
