puh anything japanese reminds anyone of okami x.x im tired of the references. Okami was unique because it was based on japanese type not because it had a style of it own. Sorry im just sick about hearing of okami or getting it compared xD I loved the game don't get me wrong.

They are getting their slowly. I like Slyphoids as they are out of the ordinary and how they eat is cool as well as scary. Even more so to what they do with the souls. Also I like the body shape. They are like huge furry scarf's that have the possibility of swallowing you. XD
Podcats took some time to grow. I am more inclined to canines then felines for a start. Plus that alien style method and having the pods grow inside something and burst me out was a bit freaky. But reading into them more and seeing more pictures; they are not a bad creature. I like them for different reasons then I do Slyphoids. How their body is set out looks good as well as the fact that they have their own little culture .
The reason I sometimes press for more Slyphoid pics is that it would be good to see more of them in different situations. Podcats for example have been shown swimming, taking care of young etc. There are situations that have been noted of in comments like a Slyphoid dying and another one being born or one in the process swallowing someone. I just want to see more really. Though I should of voted for more of everything in that post. I like your art.

thanks ;} I probably will draw more sylphoid stuff like the dying thing you mentioned. The reason I draw more complex and explanitory podcat stuff is cause they really are a hellavalot more detailed in my head than any of my other species xD im bursting to get it all out incase I forget some small aspect.

Ah, I see. I its clear that you developed Podcats well. You seem to have a strong idea on how they work. A lot of people like them. I like them now that the more icky bits have settled down. XD Its great that you are fleshing out your older creations too. Even if it is just a scroll of them right now.
Maybe we should just hook you up to your computer as a drawing machine? XD

yeah I felt like that too a bit while I was working on them after the sylphoid. I think its just easier to make fluffy things look japanese-esque than smooth things like podcats and faux virti xD
