Description
Simba is the main protagonist in The Lion King. As a child (cub), Simba is curious, adventurous, cocky, and all too ready to become king. He is known to overstep his authority and attempt to order around the other creatures of Pride Rock. He suffers serious emotional trauma as a cub and runs away from all he's ever known, and later picks up a happy, carefree lifestyle with Timon [link] and Pumbaa [link] in an idealistic jungle paradise. As an adult, Simba becomes much more mature and responsible and ascends the thrown as king. The Lion King was an excellent movie when I was young and was even better remade in 3-d for theatres! If you have not already seen it, I implore you to do so!
