This is something I recently finished, a mirror-verse of the Code Geass world
Brittania is replaced by the North American Empire a Federal Constitutional Monarchy, the Third Reich, an EU replacement, is a Fascist authoritarian state and the Pan-Asian Workers Dynasty is a Socialist Single-Party state however the "President" is known as the Emperor and is elected by the people despite their only being one party

This universe focuses on Adam Hesse and Engel Hesse two brothers, who were trained warriors and by age 19 military commanders of third reich soldiers and knightmares however Adam being betrayed by his own subordinates took up the cross and aided the True Russian Resistance force in Siberia.
Adam, second son to his mother and son of a Nazi General, is a young man who fights against the German occupiers of Russia using the power of Geass. His Geass is Life Geass, giving him enhanced physical and mental abilities along with healing abilities making him almost immortal, this also allows him to speak to the angels of heaven and even Lucifer, however it can only be used once per hour and it takes alot of strength to do it. He takes the name of the Patriarch, a major religious figure prior to the Nazi takeover of Russia, when the East Orthodox Church became outlawed. Engel, Adam's brother, is a Nazi loyalist commanding the 1st United European Army, and the ones in charge of quelling the major resistance groups in far east Siberia. Both the brothers are in important in what is know as the "end times"

Now on the nations
The North American Empire, founded in 1783 when Washington took the crown of King but allowed a constitution even though it restricted his power. The title of Emperor was bestowed upon his son after conquering of the Northern Territories in the British War of Agression(1812-1814). After that the Americans sought to expand their own Empire of the Americas in order to keep the European Empires at bay, as was declared by John Washington III, after his inaugural speech and a year prior to the invasion of Mexico. During WW1, the North American Empire kept silent, content on keeping it's area of the world, however during the market crash the North American Empire declared war against Japan in order to gain Sakuradite in the Japanese isles. Japan had already began expanding it's own empire so the War became a blood bath but after the introduction of Knightmares, which were also supplied to China, the NA forces overwhelmed Japan and eventually it was annexed into the Empire. Currently the Empire is planning an invasion of Babylon for reasons no one knows. The Empire is dominated by the three races that make up what is believed as the true Americans, the White Europeans, African-Americans, and the Upper Latinos(Mexico and Caribbean dominated)
The Empire is the closest thing to a free society since unlike Pan-Asia and Europe, democratic systems are in place.

The Third Reich, founded by the National Socialist Party of Germany. After the Great War, Germany's economy was in tatters and people were struggling just to get a loaf of bread. That aloud the leader of the Nazi Party, Albert Fritz, to gain popularity and in 1933 elected President of the German Republic and of the Greater German Empire. When the Second Great War began, Germany took over France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway and after the battle of Britain, Germany had undisputed control of the west and in the years following, would conquer British, French, and Belgian African possessions. In the Eastern Front, the Tsardom of Russia(a failed communist revolution) lost Moscow and the Caucasus and signed the Treaty of Warsaw, however three years later Russia was invaded yet again and Germany took affirmative control over all of Russia.

In the East, China took a different direction. A revolution broke out in 1916, however took the form of a Communist-Nationalist type government. The rising and now dominant party were known as the People's Imperial Party who under the guise of Chao-Leng Bai, to which after the conservative government was defeated a new constitution was written and put into place giving the party ultimate power and Chao-Leng Bai was elected the Emperor of the new Worker's Dynasty of China. This Dynasty was a radical socialist similar to Stalin's Soviet Union. Under the newly elected Emperor, the collectivization and complete control by the state became the new national policy. After Japan attacked America supplied them with the First Knightmares which allowed them to take back much territory they lost over the years. By the end of the war they had taken control of modern day China, Mongolia, Korea, British India, South-East and Central Asia. The next Emperor elected declared that the WDC would be renamed into the Pan-Asian Worker's Dynasty. This radical growth of expansion came at a price though, currently Pan-Asian troops are enforcing new law and killing those who don't consent. Many national groups had hoped that Germany would liberate them however Germany has not yet agreed to aiding any of them. North America is hoping ally with them in case a war with Germany were to break out. Despite Pan-Asia's atheist policy, the Emperor's have made some agreements with each other but a treaty is yet to be signed.

With war escalating over the three powers, many groups have been predicting the end of the world......and they aren't entirely wrong
