Yes. This is Vincent cradling Sephiroth in his lap. The way I understand it... Vincent knocked up Lucrecia, his fiancee, who was then experimented on by Hojo with Jenova's cells, hence Sephiroth. So that would make Vincent the father of Sephy, would it not? So here is Vincent, making up for lost time with Sephy!

I have feeling that Lucrecia did love him and cared for him a lot. She even showed that when she wanted to save him and what she had said to him everytime she appeared.
I just have a feeling that's what happened. It's a good thing really that SquareEnix never really lets these things out so people can have their own beliefs on the subject as well as on other things.

Ahaaaaaa, yes, that can be a possibility too! I just couldn't really tell exactly what Vincent's relationship was to Lucrecia after playing Dirge of Cerberus. She didn't seem all that into him, but sorta did?? *shrug* Dunno XP

Yeah! Yeah, it's always good to know some things for sure, but Square Enix definitely has a good balance of letting people make theories and letting them know what they need to know. But FFVIII annoys me in the sense where we really should know more about some characters' backgrounds than just lol!ORPHANAGE. But I digress XD;

Too true. I'm happy that they do that, though I wish they would give more of a background to each character in the game as well as other Final Fantasy's.
I know what you mean about VIII. I love the game, but I want to know more about them and such. I really would like to do a Doujinshi focused on Rinoa, but some is going to have to be placed in through what I know.

Yeah, lotsa holes to fill in @.@ I know in the CRUSHERs doujinshi, they say Zell's dad is a sailor or something, but you have noooo idea if his dad's even alive in the game, let alone what he does, I don't think @_@

Too true. All we know is that Zell is an orphan and he was apdoted by the Dincht family. I have no idea what his step-father does or even what happened to his real parents. I get the odd feeling they may have been killed in a war or something. Considering Galbadia and Esthar fight a lot.

Yeaaaahhh, assuming the parents of the kids were killed in the war would make sense. Maybe they're all from the same town that got hit or something? Oo; I dunno XD I say this is why FFVIII needs the sequels instead of FFVII =O

Vincent is not the father. Sorry to tell you. He wanted to be with Lucrecia but she was a total psycho and decided to bang that ugly ass psycho Hojo. She never actually went out with Vincent. He loved her and she might have loved him. But she was more interested in science. Very good pic though. Poor Sephy. lol
