In the start of 2022, I made myself a New Years resolution that I'll grow both mentally & spiritually (to kickstart my spiritual journey & to let of things that no longer serves me), as a way to heal from 2020's 'rona pandemic and 2021's personal struggles, such as moving away from toxic, mentally-draining home. It was going OK until r*ssia's illegal invasion of Ukraine in February 24th was when things went to shit.
This year was horrible, both emotionally and mentally, for the people of Ukraine. Even I, a Lithuanian, felt that pain, shock and sorrow as much as Ukrainians feel.💔
Thankfully, the world supports Ukraine when they saw horrors committed by r*ssia. And day by day, as the world arms Ukraine, Ukraine is stronger than ever before.
The fight for Ukraine's freedom from r*ssia is not over yet. We must arm Ukraine now if we all want to live in a free and democratic Europe & the world. Yet I believe that next year will be the year of Ukraine's victory. Разом до перемоги.💙💛
As for my spirituality, I did evolve, as well as unlearning beliefs that no longer serve me anymore. As the months come by, I learned so much, both from Ukraine and elsewhere, and I grew, becoming a better than I was 2 years ago.
