A/n: my first Hamilton fic. can I just say I'm obsessed with this musical.
Dear Alexander
I write to you to tell you something I should have told you long ago. I love you more than words can say.
“No” (name) mumbles throwing the sheet of paper over her shoulder. She dips her quill in ink and tries again for the thousandth time
Dear alexander
I love you so much I can’t thing about a life without you.
“No.” she tears the page in half. (Name) wished she knew the words to tell Alexander Hamilton she loved him. She just didn’t piles of papers covered the floor with many variations of the phrase, but none were worthy for her. She gave up for the night. She put the stacks of paper into the fire and went to bed not realizing one half a letter had escaped although most of it was burned you could clearly see the phrase written on it
I love you Alexander.

In the morning (name) started off the day by going on a short walk, little did she know that a friend of hers would be there when she arrived home.
“Alexander!” she said shocked
“Were you ever going to tell me?” he held half a bit of parchment in his hand
“Tell you what?”
“this.” He hands her the page,
She reads it and turns pink
“When I found the right words I would have written to you.”
“(Name) I love you too,”
“You must be joking.” She said surprised
Alexander took her face in both hands then kissed her passionately
“Do you think I’m Joking now?” he asked when they parted.
“No, No I don’t.” She murmured smiling
