there is an Icelandy song about a man that couldn't get to sleep, and just before he feel alseep he saw an elf staring at him but was too tired to do anything about it^_^. it's a beautiful song.
the piece accually has a softness to it; just as you feel when you are so exsausted that you can't feel anything and everywhere is comfortable.

the trick is to have a pen and paper next to your bed, you write your ideas with your eyes still closed.. and try to make out what it says in the morning
