This an old classic of mine I made while studying abroad in Rome. It is the first page of the manuscript of my adult fiction novel (forever in progress), The Semi-Forbidden Histories of Mr. _____.My personal title, in italian, means: the beginning of the end.

I love how there's so much movement in the curtains even though the rest of the scene is so still. It really, really pulls you in. It's simple, but I can look and look and look at it and still be interested. Very nice!!!
