This is how I've imagined Iruka would look like five years or so in the future. He would have tied his ponytail more loosely and he would have put his forehead protector around his neck.For me, the more mature Iruka would be mellowed down and less uptight. However, he would still be passionate about teaching and molding the future shinobis of Konoha.
Did this with watercolor and a bit of editing with Photoshop.

Awesome colouring with watercolours... Great stuff indeed... I love watercolours (and especially watercolour pencils) but I could never make something that pretty with them... I REALLY need more practice.
