Archie Kennedy (Jamie Bamber). He's actually popping off a Spanish sniper.

Just a piece of art, I guess XD Not much in ways of effects, I just wanted to do something wtih this picture which is one of the best sequences of Retribution ^^ (Archie's UBER nose scrunch XD). Emphasis more on colouring, I've tried to bring the cap up a bit as Retribution and many other Hornblower movies the colours are a bit faded with an emphasis on yellow, and - in HH1 especially- they're pretty fuzzy and I couldn't be bothered to really bugger about with the sharpening so it's not brilliant XD. Plus, you know, Archie's a King's Man, but he's also his own man, too...and Horatio's...and 1000s of fangirl's...poor baby ^^.
