Sure. Vanessa (the girl you drew here) first came out in The King of Fighters 2000. She also appeared in KoF 2001 and KoF 2002. For some reason, they decided not to bring her back in The King of Fighters 2003.
When I say "it's a shame they took her out of 2k3", I mean I'm sad that SNK Playmore (the people who make the King of Fighters games) didn't put Vanessa in The King of Fighters 2003
