Now, what's this? A graphite piece? Yup, you're right. It's only a year since the last one. It's quite a nice break from my usual colored pencils too. And some practice - doing things in black and white does force you to focus on the values.

I had also forgotten how difficult it is to take a photo of a graphite piece Honestly, it reflects light... very well. This photo here certainly isn't perfect, but it'll do for now. Maybe I'll get to taking a better one later on.
