"But I'll be made fun of, un!!" A small long-haired blonde child wailed. An agitated blonde man patted his head.

"You'll be fine, Deidara, un." The man growled. He straightened up and quickly walked away when the child became distracted by a bird taking flight.

"Look at the pretty birdy, Daddy, un." The small child said happily, turning around to point it out to his father. When he saw the parental gone, he busted out crying hysterically. He covered his face with gloved hands.

"Stop crying, Brat." a stern, yet young, voice snapped. Deidara looked up at the small red-head with tear stains going down his cheeks indignatly.

"I'm not a brat, un!" he spat.

"Then stop crying, then. I'll be your friend."

"I'm Deidara, un."

"Sasori." The pair smiled at each other and shook hands.

"But I don't want to go to school!" a small raven-haired child whined, pulling on a kind-looking woman's hand, trying to get her to take him home.

"Itachi, you'll be fine here. Daddy wants you to be a good little boy and get really smart for us, okay?"

The young boy, always eager to please his father, stopped pulling on his mother's arm. "Okay, fine. But I won't be happy about it." he warned in a voice eerily developed and low for a four yar old.

"That's a good boy. And don't worry, you'll make plenty of friends."

"Why would I want to go to this Jashin-darned place?" a small albino boy demanded rudely of his mother.

"You night make some Jashin-damned friends, that's why. Now no more fucking arguments. I'm leaving for work. See you at three, okay?" A small, dark-haired woman with lavender eyes bent down and rubbed her son's slicked back hair back into place.

"Okay, Mom. I'll talk to you later."

"Bye, Hidan"

"But if I didn't come to school, you'd have to pay a truency fine or pay for home schooling, Father." a large kid told his father.

"But now I have to pay school taxes!" His father whined.

"Which is less expensive than home schooling costs! Stop whining. I'll be back home around about three-thirty, okay?"

The child's father sighed. "Fine..." he said defeatedly, turning and slumping his shoulders. He began to walk home, since he'd been forbidden to use the car unless nessicary, by his son. To 'avoid paying for uneeded overpriced gas and to help his heart and avoid hospital visits that cost way too much for a nurse to come in and tell you you're sick.'

"Bye, Father."

"Okay, then, Class." a tall, young woman with long brown hair tied back into a ponytail and large blue-green eyes said loudly to gain the attention of all the five year olds in the large room. "I'm your teacher, Miss Shihyou and I'm so excited to have all of you in my classroom this year."

"We're so glad to be here, Miss Shihyou." a small black-haired girl said, smiling sweetly. The name tag on her desk read Ikeike.

Itachi, who was sitting beside her looked her up and down. 'Father would be proud if she and I became friends, I think.' he though to himself, looking back down at his desk, a smile spreading out over his lips.

"Speak for yourself!" a kid near the front yelled. He was smaller than the others and had white hair and lavender eyes. "I wish I could still be in freaking bed."

"Hidan, we don't use that language here at school." Miss Shihyou reminded kindly.

"Why not? My mom and dad let me. They said its okay 'cause I'm not cussing." the small boy glared at the older woman.

"Well, Hidan," she started, losing her patience. "You can use that language at home, but not here at school."

"Why freaking not?"

"Because its not good language for someone so young to use." Miss Shihyou was losing her patience fast.

"I know!" Ikeike announced. "My mommy makes my daddy put money in a jar if he says bad words. We could make Hidan do that."

"But instead of money, it should be recess time. We could all have a jar, and we lose five minutes of recess every time we've been bad." Itachi added.

"That's a good idea, you two. And to counter that, everytime you have a good idea, and you tell me about it, you can have another jar for recess time back." Miss Shihyou said, plastering a smile back onto her face.

A loud bell rang shrilly throughout the school building.

"Okay, now is the time when you get to go outside and play with the first graders. Be nice and have fun. Now line up in a straight line and we'll go outside."
