Well, the reason I asked what it was was because it looked very much like salad and cheese, I DID understand that's what it's supposed to be. I guess I should've asked more clearly. I just wondered what you used to make it look so much like salad and cheese.
So it's white chocolate, that explains why it's so stiff!

It's dyed white chocolate melted over bubble wrap, then peeled off... i was bored one day and came up with it..turns out pretty cool hey?
