Speed paint of Ariel... My fave character from childhood. My first post in years and it's good to be back to DA!2 hours in ps cs5... Just a quick doodle ... Maybe I will go back and fix/fine tune the hair and other stuffs but as of now.. No thanks! XD
edit: made the hair redder and the image size bigger. thanks for the suggestions metal-mite!
. I will work on this more and make it nicer later lol

Omg you noticed that before I deleted it haha? You liked the bigger version? Cause I clicked on it and was WHOA messy brush strokes! XD I downsized it because I realized I forgot to make it smaller and I was embarrassed at the big view cause you could really see my sloppiness! should i reupload the bigger version? ^_^.. i suppose next time i can make her hair more red instead of orangeish lol. My original intention was to play up the red more but I failed. I shall work on this again with that in mind and maybe if I work on it more I will not be ashamed to upload it in hi res...

In regards to the larger file, I did like it. It had a very nice painterly feel to it that was wonderful, which is what this is: a speed paint. I don't think it's sloppy. It's very nice. I went to comment, and then noticed you had deleted it. And I was wondering why. I went to your page and refreshed after a while to see if you would upload it again. I'm glad you did. I think the size you have it at is still good! The 300 pixels...was very small before.
I just really like fire engine red hair. YOu could probably easily fix it with an added 'hue' layer. C8
