Description
One of Godfred's many daughters, Joyce Angel was always a prankster and enjoyed making people laugh. But, the confinements of heaven were too much for her, so one day she broke out and went to the world down below and loved it so much. However, unbeknownst to her, the acts she was committing with all the fellas she was getting acquainted with down in Silly Valley were making her soul unpure and as punishment she was barred off from heaven and deemed a fallen angel. Now with no home, she roamed the streets hungry and poor always looking to do anything to make enough to afford a decent meal. She would eventually pair up with two other homeless people, being Hugo and Harry. After meeting several other characters just as shunned by society as her, Joyce came up with an idea and thus created the Freakshow starring all the strange toons she met in the back alleys and on the streets.

Ashamed by her angelic roots, she changed up her appearance and changed her name to Jojo. The streets harden Jojo and she learned to expect nothing from anyone and that you have to step up and take what you want to get ahead in this life. This is also why she runs the Freakshow with an iron grip, so nobody ever challenges her and attempts to take her off the pedestal she has created for herself. Since her time in the Freakshow she has never seen or attempted to make contact with her Father and only on occasion has kidnapped Alice to perform in her show.
