It may be a straightforward cosplay but if you want the pink color to last without having to repaint them after every other wear then it isn't so simple as just "painting the soles." Rubber is a nonporous surface therefore acrylic paints wont stick. They will chip and/or crack off. I have tried acrylic paint as well as paint markers that claim they can be used on any surface which I found out to be false. You can quite literally wash the paint off with water and a rag. The same goes for acrylic paint. Flexible paint that will stick to rubber is scarce. I know. I googled it to hell and back. In the end I used plastic dip which is a rubber coating that is flexible and does not crack or chip. The trade of is that it peels off very easily. However it worked very well. BTW...thank you for the help or lack thereof. I asked a simple question there was no need to be so rude with your response.

The soles of my shoes are actually hard and they lasted through flood water and mud and I've washed them off (I wore them them instead of ruining my normal shoes while cleaning up) so it's what worked for me. I have written about this previously on the many other times I've been asked. If you're not happy with how it did than that isn't my issue. Our shoes must be different. That's just what worked for me.

Im New To Deviant Art So I Have Not Seen "The Many Other Times You've Been Asked." I Wasnt Going To Go Through Pages Of Comments Either. If You Get Asked So Frequently Why Not Just Have Beethy Put It In The Description? Problem Solved.

I have no power on what he captioned the pictures. I don't think he'd want to go to all images saying how everything was made. He'd probably have to post down to how the make up is even done. If he did it once he'd have to do it to every other cosplay photo he posts when he is just the photographer. He has actually answered the question many times as well and having how the costume is made and would just confuse people on thinking he is the girl in the picture even more than what they already do (which he hates haha)

He just wants to post nice photos, not go into the technical details
