I agree with Tartanau. The photo is great but you should put also EXIF data. I can believe that it's possible to take a good photo without using a tripd with length of exposure of 1/15 or even 1/10 sec. but it's not so long time!

Yeap,no tripod...And we should believe it! As long as you don't have any EXIF data attached to your picture you shouldn't say anything about long exposure time and no use of tripod. This doesn't ruin the picture (which is great, btw, I added it to my favourites) but it makes me believe that you are taking us as fools. I suggest you to edit your comment about no use of tripod, it looks like you missed on purpose to say what other object you used as support for the camera during the long exposure time. There is no way to take a long exposure time picture in low light condition with such good results without using a tripod unless you trully are a human statue.
I checked your gallery and your artwork is of such good quality that I assume you were only trying to joke about no use of tripod (or other support for the camera).

I didn't not use a tripod, but I didn't said anything about using any other support
No actually, i've used my hoodie, a bar that goes around the dancefloor, and some pressure on my camera to make it stable
I don't have the exifs right here (and I'm lazy), but exposure is between 2 and 3sec
