Oh gawd <___> this took me over 3 hours,plus my photoshop didn't worked very well so i had to start my laptop over 4 times and i cryed 'cause i thinked my picture is now deleted xDGod finnish <3 <3
and too MY FIRST CELESTIA DRAWING WHOHOO !!

i was bored that's why i drew this,I know HUUUGEEE Picture.

I had the same thing but with dA muro not photoshop , I thinked it was deleted and I started screaming at my mom face telling her it was her fault .

Gorgeous! I've been too chicken to try and draw some more MLP characters since I drew Rarity a while back (which was HARD). xD You did great, though!
Wait - isn't it hard to work with vector art? From what I've heard, it sounds pretty difficult.
As for critique? The only "problem" I can find with this is that the sparkles are a bit too large. They distract a lot of attention from the focus of the pic, which is her eyes (then the viewer subconsciously scans over the rest of the pic, but you know what I mean).
Other than that, I don't have any other critique. You got her proportions spot-on, and it looks great.
