Description
This is the 6th submission to "My List of Awesome Kick-ass Female Characters".Azula is one of the villians in a Cartoon called "Avatar: The Last Airbender"
Again the numbers are just the order in which i made them and not how much i like the character!

She stands out as an interesting villain because of her humanity. She is pressured by her father due to her being a prodigy and to make up for her failure of an older brother. She was feared by her mother and was envious of the love she had given to Zuko instead. Which she often teased Zuko for being a momma's boy, which she continues to do later in their lives but instead of teasing she subtly manipulates Zuko into trouble. But she still tried to help him grow up and take the responsibility but the way she did it only pushed Zuko away from her. She also tended to scare away other potential suitors with her ruthlessness. The only reason she allowed Ty Lee and Mai hang out with her was because Mai was indifferent about her just like she was for everyone else (thus making Azula in a sense feel normal around her) and Ty Lee's indomitable positivity even as she was manipulated & picked on by Azula must have had some good effect. If not for those two Azula might have lost it well before her father's plan took off.
A father that only saw her as just another part of his grand scheme, a mother that feared her as a monster, and a brother that hated her. Azula was destined to be alone and it's quite easy to see that all she ever wanted was to be loved.

She is definitely one of the best villainess I've seen in all of the fandom i'm in. I can tell Bryke really spend time developing her... she's not the typical, overly used bad girl in my opinion. Despite her mean nature i can't hate her because she's my most favorite antagonist due to her realistic characterization.

when korra was delayed i was so frustrated
