Description
Big One watches as his 'train'ees, Thomas and Percy, depart on their first mission for the SDF together. Knowing what awaits them on the intergalactic rails, the friends also know this; no matter what happens, they'd always have each other's back.My entry for 's contest.

Thomas: This is out of this world, Jack.
Percy: I've never been this high above Sodor.

Jack: just stay focused on where your going. Thought the view is very beautyful.

Thomas: Jack said we're supposed to go escort a casino train to the nearest planet. That'd be Jupiter, wouldn't it, Jack?

Jack: That's correct. And it seems that our train to escort is running late... AGAIN. *sighs*

Thomas: There it is!
Percy: *Sees the Casino train* Wow... it's so high-tech. It doesn't even look like a train. It looks more like a space ship on wheels.

Jack: Most of our fleet is like that. Only a few of us still retain our Engine form. Wanna know who?

Percy: So which of the others still look like real trains?

Hey Jack! Long time; no see!
ITCS still holding up?
((I'm a fellow Big Boy who goes by the name of Kerry. I'm just pulling up alongside, off-screen. The ITCS is the Independent Train Control System. Big One would have a type G8001 ITCS.))

Jack: well we have; Sophia, my daughter. Johnny-GE999, Old Pete -GE111, and Sabrina-GE444.

((I pull into the photo.))
Kerry: "Ahoy! You lot listening!?!?!?"
Kerry again: "Thomas! Percy! Godith knows it's been a while!"
And again: "Hey Jack, Thomas, Percy! Watch this! Battle Mode Armor Energize! Begin Transformation Sequence!"
((I begin to glow, a long-forgotten power awakening as I begin to change and transform. My image flashes in and out, changing from a powerful steam locomotive running without coaches, to a heavily armored, bat-winged European Dragon! I'm now able to speak aloud, instead of just through my ITCS, due to actually having a face now.))
Kerry: "Form change complete! Now in Dragon Form!"
((A burst of smoke gushes from my newly-formed nostrils, as my wings begin to take over propulsion. I stay mobile due to small impulse motors capable of maintaining a low warp speed, or if necessary, a high-warp burst in order to create a temporary "warp shadow" decoy.))
Kerry: "Atomic Furnace Blast!"
((The maw of the Dragon opens, and green Godzilla-like fire gushes from it, reaching temperatures of over 10,000 degrees Kelvin, hot enough to burn a city to the ground in a flash! After a few bursts, the fire ceases, and the Draconic maw closes.))
Kerry: "How's that for being an Iron Dragon, eh Jack?" ((I playfully nudge him on the smoke deflector.))
