I helped sew my Halloween costume last year, but my mom did a lot of it. It was a pretty complicated costume for an almost beginner sewer, so it was very frustrating... But I'd love to.

grab a needle, thread and some scrap cloth and sew a kitty a buzz bag...it's good practice and you'll make a some kitty very happy.

hand stitched cloth bag filled with dried catnip...kitty buzz bag!
And since you have two kitties (as do I) one buzz bag is never enough...and if you want to, you can add in a little fiber fill fluff and make it more of a catnip pillow...but I still call 'em buzz bags.

Ahhh, I see! We used to have catnip for one of our kitties, and then we had to keep it away from him because he would get too high off of it

That's why it's in the bag, they just get to rub on it and lick it, but no ingestion...even thought catnip is good for kitty digestion...in small amounts that is.

I love the trees along the hemline. Are they embroidered or painted?

They are airbrushed, as is the orange to light blue gradient. I made the stencil out of a thick acetate, and layered the black silhouettes over the sunset colors.
