Description ~Nviermor and I in our revamped and improved Oberon and Titania. Jer completely overhauled his clothing and made a new piece this year. That would be the wooden gauntlet.
Oh and he picked up some neat BRIGHT contacts too.
He should be getting up some new shots on his page soon too.

I love both of the costumes (of course they looked even more awesome in person). An excellent interpretation of Oberon and Titania!

I'm going to poke ~Nviermor some more to get some of the close ups and individual shots of him and his armor up soon.... That gauntlet is so pretty close up!

Wow, again! A wooden gauntlet?? I can't even.... I was wondering if the armor was wooden. This is my first time seeing. Amazing work! The warmth of the armor against the muted fabrics is stunning.

And can I just say I love the ears!! It's the simple things that finish off good costumes and make them great!

Jer is thinking of trying to enhance the warm tones and try for a more yellow-gold when he sets out to refinish the armor. He was happier with the darker stain on the gauntlet and how the natural color of the wood looked next to the burgundy stain. The fabric was a great find. We found a furniture fabric store, and got very lucky indeed.

This is how this crazy man went about making the first armor bits. His methods and tools have improved a bit over the last few years...thank god.

I was thrilled to finally have a gentleman that is as talented as I am...till he shows me up now and then! But I guess that just helps push me to do more and improve my skills too. Loving competition to be sure, but one does excel when surrounded by one's peers.

Oh yes! The synergy between you two is obvious. Always good to have someone(s) bring out the competitive spirit.
