Prompt #41
Your evoloon is pretending to have the exact opposite personality.
Between breaks working on all the headshots for the YLH applicants (almost done with the sketches!), I started sketching Twine and thought that prompts would make a nice little warm-up :') Very simple, but I really enjoyed this! Sort of an exploration of character and alternate paths, and I wanted to try this paper cut-out style <3
I thought at first that I would show anger!Twine, but I've already done that :'D And it's not really the opposite of who she is. Twine is very cheerful all the time; very happy, eager to help, and high-energy. The opposite of that would be depressed, withdrawn, etc.
This isn't really Twine "pretending" to have the exact opposite personality, but rather thoughts on what would have happened if she wasn't such a cheerful loon. When she lost her leg, she had a lot of potential to fall into deep depression and to withdraw herself from others. But, being who she really is, she bounced back instead. The quiet, solemn, sad Twine probably still exists, it just isn't really a side that many see (not that anyone can be happy all the time).
So uh...yeah :') Sad Twine that makes me feel kind of uncomfortable because it's so different from her normal, sunshine self :')

Well, if we're doing opposite loons, the opposite of protective and vigilant Fish would probably be sloth and meek Fish :'D Not...very prone to protective snuggles :'))

He'd bring her good foods like kiwano melons and persimmons and food that has that good cronch!

(Fun fact I've never had kiwano before! I'm told it's kind of tangy and has a jello texture.)

(They're super yummy! Have a bit of a sour / tangy bite to them, but a very pleasant taste. The seeds are kind of like the ones in pomegranates, but much smoother and you can just swallow the seeds in the tasty goop <: )

That would be so cute oml ;u; Even if it is because of sad things XD I'm sure she'd be super cozy in a feather comforter with her feather uncle, though :')
