I took this photo in Oxford, England and also made the rough sketch.
It must be really difficult for blind people. Any accident can happen.
Danger is everywhere. Fortunately, this is just an illusion on a piece
of paper... My next PvsC work will be a bit more crazy...

Maybe the use of filters and layers.

I think he first takes the photo with a blank paper, and then draws the sketch on top of the photos (digitally). Maybe he even takes 2 separate photos for the background and te hand as well, I don't know.
