This is a super cool concept, "half real"!
I like how there seems to be a story and meaning behind it (though I'm not precisely sure what that is), and how its based on a poem.
I also quite like the little face you put on the bumper. It seemed sad at first, but now I see it's sort of a neutral face, perhaps monotone about its unreal existence? Its these little details which draws me to your art!
It raises a lot of unanswered questions and mystery, which I like.
The car seems like some hi-tech transportation device,
although, I'm not quite sure why meteors are falling onto the car.
Perhaps it means the big car protects the pathway for the little ones, or maybe I'm reading too much into this. Also, is there a significance to how the car is pink?
I can't really find much that requires improvement. I suppose you could add more details in this, though its simplicity emphasizes the pencil vs camera theme.
Overall, a creative idea, though I wish I'd understand it more!

Absolutely stunning. I have seen some 'attempts' to do the same sort of thing, but this is off the scale compared to them. It must have taken such a long time and so many tries to accurately align everything to make the drawing look three dimensional and to literally join with the background. And not only that, the drawing itself is fantastic! Some people may say that the shading should be darker to link the photo and the drawing more, but in my opinion, it exposes the drawing and the virtual feel in it.
Furthermore the fact that the car is halved emphasizes the phrase: 'HALF REAL.'
Oh one more thing, I love the small cars and the meteor shower in the drawing, however simple they are, it adds a comical touch.

This is a great piece of work! the photograph behind is perfect and the traditional drawing is great indeed and upto detail.
The downsides I could mention is that the cars flowing out from the middle of the joint, it feels a bit absurd, but why does it matter in art you can let your imagination run. The only other thing is that the word "REAL" on the drawing is slightly out of scale to the real photograph.
Overall this piece of work is perfect and has originality to its maximum. The shadings on the drawn image is great, the lights and etc are in perfect detail. This whole piece is very unique.

Why doe the photo part have two separate shadows under what seems to be one whole car?

The real part of the number plate seems bigger than what you drew next to it so perhaps check into your proportions ^^
