Aeris Gainsborough from Final Fantasy 7 and Subaru from a little-known game series called Tengai Makyou, AKA Far East of Eden. For some while, Subaru's design kept bugging me, as if saying, "Where have I seen that before?" Then it finally clicked last night when I remembered Aeris, and we get this.The similarities are just about as scary as the Cure Blossom/Wedding Peach and Nue/Beatrice crossovers. In fact, I'd say this is the scariest. I suppose no one caught on to it because Tengai Makyou is very unknown here in the west.

Wait, Cure Blossom and Wedding Peach look similar? .. .. Blossom was from the Splash Star movie? Or is it from that new season?
Those two in the pic look very much alike, although maybe the look is intended to be similar. Even WoW has an "Aerith".

Cure Blossom's civilian identity is Hanasaki Tsubomi, while Wedding Peach's is Hanasaki Momoko. Same last name. And Blossom is from Heartcatch Precure, not Splash Star.

Ah. I was confusing her with Cure Bloom then. Well, Hana based names are pretty common in anime. Not as often as Sakurai, Sakurada, Sakura-addwhateveryouwant.

You wanna know two people who look frighteningly similar? Sakura Kinomoto and Yuuki Wakasa. The latter is from Dream Saga, created by Megumi Tachikawa.
