Thanks. I used refs since idk how to draw muscular people, so that helped a lot.

i use multiple refs for every single thing i draw and allways have, aint mean it makes drawing easy lmao

With me it does help quite a bit, but the amount of mental energy that goes into finding good refs + translating them to art / my style is just too much so I never use them with the exception of trying new things.
