Media: Ink and Colored PencilI did this at my table at Tekkoshocon Friday and much of Saturday. I had never drawn a cockatrice before, so I decided to try. Clearly my own sort of interpretation of a one.
I did a little bit of an experiment with the coloring where I shaded using varying shades of gray pigment pens and then colored over it with pencil and reinforced the shading. I think it came out well.

Quite a striking fellow. I like the little hooks at the ends of his wings. And the tail is great!
