Backstory:
-Long time ago when Kai was just a child, he had always wanted to be a hero just like the ones in the comic books. He dreamed to always help citizens from villains and make the world a better place. However while super heros and villains where fictional, he still continued his dreams to help others like stand up to bullies, help others in need and so on.

As he got older, he left home to pursue his studies at a police academy to be a police officer. For the most part he was at the top of his class and was good with everyone until he got in a fight with one of his classmates. No one know for sure the cause of it but as a result, Kai got sent to the hospital.

Since that day forward, Kai's attitude had changed along with his out look on life. He still continued and finish his schooling at the academy before becoming an officer at Dawnfield City.

After a while of working for the man, he finally became chief.

With a cold and intimidating glance, Kai calmly leaned forward in his seat; placing his elbows on the table as he rubbed his chin slightly.
" ...I told you to stay at your post. You are to keep track of Parking meter. " he stated this before slowly getting up out his chair, moving away from his desk in a slow manner.
" I gave you one task. And I expected to see it thru...
I'm not mad but disappointed. I don't like
being disappointed...So here's my next order. "

He folded his hands begin his back while staring at the window. It was quiet for a while until he spoke up again;

" You are to stay on parking duty for the next 3 months. If I see you are not following my order. I'm laying you off--and will be collecting your things. Is that understood..? "
